🏕️ Who loves to camp?
What do you love most about it? Is it the quiet mornings with coffee outside? The campfire conversations? Sleeping under the stars? Exploring new trails? Cooking outdoors? Or just unplugging from everyday life? I’d love to hear what keeps you coming back to camping. ⛺💚 Bonus points for pictures!

My body does not lay on the ground anymore... but I do love the smell of the woods in the morning, the coffee with steam from the slight chill in the air and the perceived silence to most is alive with nature to me... the birds, trees, even the ants make their own little noises.
🇺🇸 Happy Fourth of July to my American friends!
I’m spending today volunteering at Project C.U.R.E. this morning, then firing up the BBQ and enjoying time with family this afternoon. How are you celebrating or what are you up to today? ❤️🤍💙

250 years of independence! I have vague childhood memories of the bicentennial, the commemorative coins, and all the red, white, and blue excitement around it. And while the 4th can absolutely be a fun holiday, my rebel soul sometimes finds itself wondering: where are we going, exactly? And why would I want to follow? But I suppose that question lives in me honestly — carried through a long line of Scottish resistance, Southern farmers, independent thinkers, and people who were never especially fond of being told what to do. So today I’m holding both: gratitude for the freedoms we do have, and a deep curiosity about the kind of freedom we’re still being invited to grow into. Have an amazing day!!

Time for the answer to Tuesday Trivia! On Tuesday, I asked: What percentage of entrepreneurs report experiencing burnout? The answer is... 🥁 C) 63% Nearly two out of every three entrepreneurs report experiencing burnout. That's a powerful reminder that burnout is not a personal failure. It's often a systems problem. Many entrepreneurs are trying to build businesses while juggling families, jobs, finances, health goals, and everything else life brings. That's one reason we focus so much on sustainable progress inside Income Without Burnout. Small, consistent actions often outperform heroic bursts of effort. As you head into the rest of your week, ask yourself: 👉 What is one thing I could simplify, automate, delegate, or stop doing? Sometimes the next level comes from doing less, not more. Now I'd love to hear from you... 💛 What's one thing you're doing to burn bright, not out, this week? Share it in the comments. You might inspire someone else to do the same. That number feels high, but also very believable to me. As someone who has dealt with significant burnout over the last several years, I’ve realized mine didn’t come from hating the work. It came from taking work I deeply loved — acupuncture, body awareness, labs, and helping people understand their bodies — and trying to do it at a pace and capacity that never really fit me or the clients that are a fit for me. During COVID, I carried the weight of three clinics (and even stopped taking new clients) because I was the one who stayed open, and I don’t think I fully understood the toll that took until much later. Now I’m in a season of closing one chapter and trying to rebuild in a more sustainable way online after almost three decades of being very hands-on with people. So for me, “burning bright, not out” this week looks like simplifying, honoring my actual capacity, and refusing to rebuild something that requires me to abandon myself in order to make it work.
🌱 Quick Saturday poll…
I genuinely love watering flowers and caring for plants. It feels like a little reset button for my brain. 🌸 🪴 Do you have a green thumb? Bonus: Show us a photo of your favorite plant or flower? 🌼🌷🌻🌹
