What's my purpose?
How do you find your purpose? Is it your 9-to-5 job? If so, that's great, right? But if not, what then? Is it your hobby? That's great, but how do you turn a hobby into a job or a business? Is it something you are passionate about? Just like a hobby, can you really turn your passion into a job or a business? People like Steve Harvey say that your purpose is related to your gift. He says that everyone is born with a gift, every single person, and that your gift is something that you do "naturally", without thinking, without effort, without really having to work hard at it... it just comes to you easily. Sometimes or often, you are surprised that other people can't "do it" like you can. Other people, such as Simon Sinek, say that your purpose is related to your "Why". He proposes to ask your best friend (and it must be a friend and not a spouse nor a family member, even though they might be your best friend) why they are friends with you. He says that this question might make your friend stumble with their answer, at first, but eventually, they will get to what it is specifically that you bring to their own lives, and that is your "why". And finally, there are people like Tony Robbins or Dean Graziosi who suggest that we have multiple purposes, sometimes simultaneously in our lives, and sometimes at different times, which are related to our values and beliefs. And that you have to dig deep inside of you and/or ask why you do something and go 7 levels deep (basically ask "Why?" 7 times) to get to your heart's or your soul's "why". I believe that your purpose, your why, your gift is something that drives you without you needing to drive it. It is something that you want to learn more about without needing to be motivated to learn more about it. It is something that wakes you up at night and puts a smile on your face. It is the first thing you think about in the morning and the last thing on your mind before you fall asleep. It is what others say you're good at, and to you, it is nothing or easy or "natural".

@Marek P. love this!! Your post feels like a masterclass on purpose from every angle. Here’s what I’ve learned about purpose so far: - Purpose is a signal that shifts as you do. It grows as you grow. Sometimes it whispers, sometimes it yanks you by the shirt. - Your 9–5 can be part of your purpose, or it can be the training ground for the next version of you. Both are valid, both are useful. - Your “gift” often hides in plain sight. It's the thing you do so naturally you accidentally assume everyone else can do it… until they tell you, “No, actually, that’s your magic.” - Your “why” is revealed through relationship.I love Sinek’s take: people reflect back parts of you you can’t see. Purpose is often relational, not isolated. - And yes… we can have multiple purposes across a lifetime!! Tony and Dean are right: humans evolve. Sometimes your purpose is to build. Sometimes it’s to heal. Sometimes it’s to lead. Sometimes it’s to rest. Purpose is the intersection of three things: - What energizes you without trying - What others come to you for - What you feel pulled to learn more about When those three align, you get that unmistakable feeling of, “Oh yeah! This is mine.” Some call it destiny. Some call it dharma. For me, my purpose is helping people follow their spark, and connect with tiny moments of curiosity that pulls them out of stagnation and back into a life that feels like their own. (It took me a long time to realize the thing that comes most naturally to me, asking better questions, was actually the gift. ) And I deeply agree with your closing point: Purpose wants to be shared. Because humans are wired for contribution. When we offer our gift to others, it stops being a concept, and becomes a life. For anyone reading this who still feels unsure, here’s a simple reframe I use with clients: Purpose isn’t found. It’s followed. One breadcrumb at a time. One experiment at a time. One tiny spark at a time.

Love this Monday check-in! This week I'm working on a better system to manage social media content. As in, it's good that I am finally feeling excited (and less insecure) to create more content, but I could easily see myself burning out in the long-run. My challenge: social media as a sustainable portion of my business. Work smarter, not harder! I am happy to be here and love this community 💚

Mission & Vision
Last week we discussed our Mission as entrepreneurs. I wanted to follow up on some of the learnings I've come away with. VISION = Where you’re going + the world you want to help create (future). - It describes your destination, not your day-to-day work. - It’s aspirational. - It answers: “What change do we want to make in the world long-term?” - Think: future impact, world-building, big picture. Example: "I want to put curiosity back at the forefront of humanity where it belongs. By creating businesses where curiosity is seen as a core human skill (not a luxury) and people feel empowered to design lives that actually light them up." MISSION = What you do + how you do it (today). - It describes your role, approach, and impact in the present. - It’s action-oriented. - It answers: “What are we here to do right now, and how do we help people?” - Think: function, service, method, purpose in motion. Example:“Through coaching & creative content, I help people reconnect with their curiosity so they can live with more clarity, creativity, and joy.” The simple difference: - Mission = the work you do. - Vision = the world you’re building by doing it. This post was also inspired by a recent webinar I was in, where the entrepreneur shared his Purpose (attached). Curious to hear what you all think and would love to know about your mission and vision for your business!

Content Creation is a Marathon, Not a Sprint 🏃‍♀️
Many in the community are looking to organic content to market their offerings... (this is a reminder for myself also..) Think about training for a marathon. You wouldn’t just sprint as fast as you can, burn out, and call it a day. You’d run at a steady, intentional pace, day after day. The same is true for building your audience. So many creators chase the viral hit the one post that will blow them up overnight. But here’s the truth: A viral post that has nothing to do with your 🫵 core message is a trap. It brings in a crowd that wants something you don’t plan to keep giving. And just as quickly as they came… they’ll leave. How do you win the content marathon? - Run YOUR race. Create what you’re truly passionate about, not just what you think will trend. - Pace yourself. Consistency > random bursts of effort. Small, steady steps build lasting momentum. - Trust the process. Time will naturally filter out the short-term sprinters. You’re here for the long run. Your people aren’t just following you for one piece of content. They’re here for YOU your voice, your value, your unique perspective. Stay true to that, and you’ll build something that lasts. Where's Your Main Content Creation Platform? Poll below... Your Homework:👇 Reply below with: What's the CORE message you want to be known for? Let’s get clear on our lanes! 💛

Wowowoww I needed to read this today. It’s so true! It’s a marathon. Thank you for this perspective! Long-term I hope to put curiosity back at the forefront of humanity where it belongs. Social media is a way to create a movement from your living room, and every day is a new opportunity
