Wrong Recipe to Fix
I brewed a V60 with a Colombian Sidra. The recipe is as follows: - 15 g coffee - 225 g water - pours 55–85–85 - Total brew time 2:35 - TDS 1.30% - EY 17.6%. However, the coffee lacks body and tastes quite flat. What would you do to improve the recipe?

Instead of 85-85, do a continuos slow pouring to raise the height of the water over the coffee on a continuous basis, that will shorten the extraction time but keep the same solubles in the cup
