SO I just completed days 6 and 7 on days 7 and 9....I am sometimes the worste kind of procrastinator! But hey I am here and thats the best I can do this week. I love doing these after a surf to help release low back tension.
HI all I am happy to see myself sticking i=with this daily practice, its so easy to get distracted and forget to do the simple things that keep my body moving in a healthy way....I might try and keep this on repeat as a morning routine...

Day 2 a day late but never too late! I just finished day 2 and i love how my body feels after thedse mobility drills. I found the achilles stretch too be SUPER HARD... anyone else struggle with this one??
