How would you cut in this situation
I am a vegetarian by faith and the only food I eat is Indian, so my main protein source is daal (lentils). If I want to cut without losing any muscle, I need to consume >100g of protein a day and my current didn’t isn’t providing me with the protein I would need. Also since I can’t have meat, it becomes even more difficult. I also don’t want to consume any supplements because they aren’t natural, and I am unable to digest concentrated protein. Any suggestions for meal prep, etc?

one of my friends is vegetarian, and for protein he eats a variety of nuts and foods like chickpeas. Not as much protein as meat, but still a lot, but be careful with how much you eat as it can cause stomach problems for some.

i kinda need help to find something that i truly enjoy. I do different cocurricular activities but i dont seem to enjoy them. How do I actually find something thet i can enjoy?
