Curious to hear your thoughts and/or opinions on this. Is this enough to attribute the earrings to regency? If selling the earrings alone - would you call them unsigned regency? Or would you sell together to infer without calling it out? Any advice?

Is this possibly Czech glass or Victorian mourning piece? Claps looks very old and clicks right into the bead.
