Hi my name is Ashley and trying to go fully raw! I have been enjoying juicing daily. Green juice has really jump started my journey but still not 100% there. The thing I am committing to this week is I’m going to do a juice cleanse this week with one my friends to hold each other accountable starting on Wednesday. One thing I have yet to start is workout regimen that I would love to be gym free so that is why I signed up here. I really need help to commit to a workout plan and stick with it. I need that accountability factor! I’m very active throughout the day but just not exercising. Glad to be here!
