The best time of year to travel to Greece, Italy and Spain are the end of Spring Time and the end of Summer Time. Temperatures tend to be in the HOT category from June to August, the COLD category is from November to March. Europe gets more rain in March, April, September and October. I suggest Greece in September - November, Italy in May - June or August - October, Spain in May - August. The holidays in Europe are beautiful and it does bring snow in most regions. Plan a Christmas in Italy, a Thanksgiving in Greece or a New Year in Spain.. all will have something for everyone!
