Hiya! I’ve been grappling for just under 2 years, mostly BJJ but recently found a huge interest in wrestling. list 3 short term wrestling/grappling related goals: 1. Be able to increase wrestling IQ 2. Get fitter 3. Be more technically sound 3 long term wrestling/grappling goals 1. Incorporate wrestling in my game 2. Compete in some wrestling competitions 3. Be able to maintain competition form Short term goals: 1. Recovery from ligament injury in better form 2. Be able to run more! Long term goals: 1. Maybe start a band 2. Also get back to school to learn something new
