Testing New Product Ideas Ahead of Christmas 🎄 How Are You All Approaching It?
Hey everyone 👋 With Christmas coming up fast, I’ve been trying to test a few new product ideas to take advantage of the seasonal spike… but honestly, it feels like a gamble right now. Some products look like they’ll explode during Q4, but when I run test ads, the results are all over the place. A few good clicks, some adds to cart here and there, but nothing consistent enough to scale. I’m curious how others here approach this period because I don’t want to: Waste money testing products too late. Miss out on trends by moving too slowly Or pick a product that can’t even be delivered on time 😭. For those who’ve been through multiple Q4 cycles… 👉 What’s your strategy when it comes to testing new products before Christmas? Do you start early? Test aggressively? Stick to proven winners? Or look for last-minute trend spikes? Really hoping to hear how others navigate this because every decision feels like a hit or miss right now.
