Hey there! My name is Ashley or Ash for short. My current goal would be fat loss. Probably about 50 pounds worth of weight need to come off this frame. My one habit for this week is to increase movement. Pain points for me...motivation, yo-yo-ing, boredom with repeat meals, the feeling like I will never actually reach my goal, etc. :)
