MTR - Data Center / Microchip Constructions Crews
I'm doing my best to underwrite the potential demand from the Terafab facility that SpaceX is building near College Station and Texas A&M. At $16.8B I imagine the number of construction workers will be in the 10's of thousands over the next few years and want tap into the demand for MTR. Does anyone have experience with similar projects and MTR?
