@Luke Jorgenson at the3rd and 4th grade level don't know that I'm really seeing this. What I'm seeing is the girl who gets beat, etc Getting mad at their teammate for beating them. Trying to teach them competition and at practice knowing you want to work against someone who will make you better not someone that you can always win against

Hello- I'm Coach Ashley. Im a full time nurse and am volunteering my time coaching 3rd and 4th grade girls team (my daughters team). I love coaching because I want to build the FUNdamentals and it's so rewarding watching the girls improve each day.
