Quick Check-In! ๐Ÿ‘‹
Weโ€™ve had several new members join over the last couple of daysโ€”welcome! ๐Ÿค I wanted to check in with everyone. Have you had a chance to complete any of the lessons yet? If so, Iโ€™d love to know: ๐Ÿ“š Which lesson did you complete? ๐Ÿ’ก Did anything โ€œclickโ€ for you? โ“ Is there a topic youโ€™d like me to cover next? Iโ€™m building this community for you, so your feedback helps me know what to create next. Even if you havenโ€™t started yet, let me know what youโ€™re most excited to learn! ๐ŸŒธ

@Cilla C This makes me so happy to read. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿค That โ€œI thought I understood, but I really didnโ€™tโ€ moment is exactly why I created this course. Once the math clicks, everything else becomes so much less intimidating. Thank you for taking the time to share your experienceโ€”itโ€™ll really encourage others who are just getting started. ๐ŸŒธ
๐Ÿงฌ Lesson 1 โ€ข What Are Peptides?
Today's Question In your own words, how would you explain what a peptide is to a friend? ๐Ÿ’› Remember: There are no perfect answers here. The goal is to build confidence, not memorize definitions.

@Karen Weakley I love this explanation! ๐Ÿ’› You already have the basic concept down. Peptides are short chains of amino acidsโ€”the building blocks that make up proteins. Youโ€™re off to a great start, and I think as we get into the next lessons, itโ€™s all going to start connecting. Thank you for jumping in and sharing! ๐ŸŒธ
๐Ÿ“Œ Welcome Thread
Welcome! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Introduce yourself! โ€ข Where are you from? โ€ข How did you find Subject To Change Academy? โ€ข What are you hoping to learn?
@Michele Ward Welcome, Michele! ๐Ÿค Iโ€™m so glad you found me on TikTok! Itโ€™s great to have someone here from Montana. I hope the lessons and resources help make everything a little easier to understand. Donโ€™t hesitate to ask questions along the wayโ€”weโ€™re all here to learn together! ๐ŸŒธ

@Karen Weakley Welcome, Karen! ๐Ÿค Iโ€™m so glad youโ€™re here. And first, youโ€™re definitely not alone. So many people understand concentration and volume but still get stuck when it comes to figuring out what that means on the syringe. Thatโ€™s actually one of the biggest reasons I started making these lessons. ๐Ÿ’› My goal is for that โ€œlight bulbโ€ moment to happen, and once it clicks, youโ€™ll realize itโ€™s much simpler than it seems. Ask as many questions as you needโ€”weโ€™re all learning together, and there are no silly questions here. ๐ŸŒธ
๐Ÿ“– How to Read a Research Study
Today's Question Have you ever tried reading a research paper before? If so, which part felt the most confusing? If not, what's one thing you learned today that makes research feel a little less intimidating? ๐Ÿ’› Remember: Every paper you read builds your confidence and helps you become a better researcher.

๐Ÿ“š Finding Reliable Research
Today's Question Where do you usually go first when you're trying to learn something new? Has this lesson inspired you to explore any of these research resources? ๐Ÿ’› Remember: Great researchers aren't the people who know everything. They're the people who never stop learning.
