@Dominic Wimbley Hey! This morning I drank a glass of water and stayed in silence in my room and I notices instantly I felt alot more alert and level headed. I held the cup with two hands intensifying the way I hold the cup to make it more intentional and it felt like I was truly living in the moment just me myself and I. Great way to start the day 👍
