The Mindset Academy has changed my outlook on life! I appreciate the resources that has been offered in the community and it has boosted my confidence within myself! I really enjoy the transcripts, worksheets and journal prompts for each podcast episode as it helps me to reflect, identify and analyze existing patterns within myself and how I can put in the work to change my behavior. The members in the community are very supportive and encouraging and so I recommend this community!
