Sometimes with one patient after another, it's really hard to slow down. But I do agree if we get them excited about the treatment before we give them the number, they are more likely to not have that sticker price shock.

I like these leading questions. It makes the pt tell us why they need the treatment. Good video

I like the idea of rather than telling them how we are doing the treatment, we tell them this is how it can change things for you if you do or don't. That's a good idea.
