I have one cup of tea in the morning, just to wake me up and after that I can get through endless glasses of water One day I will get a measuring jug and find out, that is my habit every day right through to night time. I have to be careful at night as it can lead up to disturbed sleep i.e wanting to go to the toilet frequently.
