Solo exercises suggestions
Hi, would you happen to have any videos to share to work on our technique and body movement (especially for follows). I have a magic circle that I’ve been using to help me with my flow and keeping my head passive and active and chest open, etc but a routine would definitely be helpful in making sure I’m practicing correctly. I know you guys touch on some solo exercises within the videos but it’d be helpful to have one spot for reference. Just a thought I had 😊
