I’m back!
Hey friends. I’m back. I’ve been using my rollers recommended by Samantha and it’s really helping my tennis elbow. The Tennis elbow isn’t from tennis by the way, it’s from carrying music equipment around and over using my dominant arm.

@Samantha Beckton it’s taking maintenance but definitely improving! I did it lifting a PA system into my new car which is 10 inches higher off the ground that the old car. I’m doing the rolls on my left arm too to prevent it from getting over taxed.
Motivation Monday!
This week we are jumping into shoulder pain! Do you have pain in your shoulders? Limited range of motion? Certain movements you cannot do anymore ?

My right shoulder occasionally gets activated, and I have pain in my right shoulder blade/mid back. It's the shoulder I sling across the side of my guitar for strumming, so keeping alignment is definitely a maintenance process. I've been playing guitar since I was 13. I don't experience any limited range at this point, just pain and discomfort.
Self care Sunday!!!
Today I’m taking time to roll out my shoulder and neck as a part of my self care Sunday routine! What are you doing for self care today? What is bothering you the most that needs attention ?

@Samantha Beckton haha well there isn’t much to see because I already put it back together. But I learned to use a multimeter to test the parts and I now know where the components are. If you have a drill, time, and some obsession, it’s really actually not too hard. Biggest mistake was not wearing a mask to protect against the dryer lint. The dryer gave me a sinus infection. But hey if I can fix my dryer I can fix my body too, right?!?! 👊🏼
Fun Fact!
I hurt myself sitting and editing videos! That’s right- your girl exercised some poor posture for long periods of time and was SUFFERING! Pain in my mid back- questioning if I needed to to go the chiropractor. My higher self said “SamiTe’- you know exactly what to do, you just need to do it. So I took some time and focused on rolling my chest, my thoracic outlet and my mid back. Opening the chest and strengthening my mid back and guess what- the pain is GONE!” Everytime it works- I just have to give to myself the way I would anyone else in my life. Have you had any breakthroughs recently?
