@Mimi Ramsey Hi! Lovely to see you here. :) Yes, water can be tricky, even if it "should" be easy. Is there something particular when it comes to water that you want to come to work with? If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know. Happy to hear that you loved the reset map! It is a great starting tool. :)

@Mimi Ramsey No, I would say it is a common problem. Both that it feels like a boring thing to do but also that it is easy, truly, to forget. They have told me that if they do not see the bottle or glass, then they don't remember it until they are really thirsty. For some the best solution has been to have a glass on most places they are sitting by and also a bottle or pitcher with water/something to drink. To see the glass is a reminder. Some prefer to set an alarm every hour as a reminder to drink something. Not very fun of course, but for many it works. Personally, I eat on specific hours everyday and I drink a glass of water 30 min before starting my meal. My body have somehow learned to know the time so I just feel like drinking at that time. But this normally only works when I am at home. When away, I am the boring type to set an alarm if the weather is hot or I know that I will move a lot. These are just some examples of what one can do. But maybe you have some yourself? What do you know from other important things, that it helps you to remember to do something? And also important, what have you already tried that did not work and why? Those things can also give you clues. :)

I help women who use wheelchairs stop adapting to society’s rulebook and start making choices from their own wants, needs, and actual reality.
