Newsletter and reminder of our accountability call at 9:00 P eastern time
Hi all, when you enter this community I ask you to give me your email so I can send you the newsletter where you learn more about the mindset required to be a premed and tackle MCAT. Some of you skipped that step, and even though I welcomed you, I share everything that I do with my mindset students in the newsletter in a lot more depth. Please subscribe here if you wish to learn more. This stufff is really game changing! 37% premeds have seriously considered quitting — not from lack of will, but from unmanaged pressure. I just launched Pressure Proof, a free newsletter breaking down the mindset and performance tools nobody's teaching you. Subscribe here: https://the4-0orgoclub-llc.kit.com

These are your consistency lifeline. They're for one thing: getting you back on track the moment you hit something hard. Every time you slip—missed study days, panic spirals, comparison creep, overwhelm—that's when consistency dies. These calls stop that. How to use them: 1. Show up when you're stuck. The moment you feel yourself falling off, book a call. 2. Name what happened. What pulled you away? What fear came up? What triggered the shutdown? 3. Get back in motion. We identify what you need (clarity, nervous system reset, identity anchor) and you walk out with a concrete next step. The goal: You become the person who gets back on the wagon every time. Not eventually. Every time. That's what separates high achievers who succeed from high achievers who don't.

My ambitious students/friends
I was on a call with a student today and she was clearly super smart. But she had taken the MCAT before and the fear of failure felt bigger this time, cz the stakes were higher and another gap year that you don't want feels really exhausting... Many of you have been there... But guess what helped her? To be reminded that SHE KNOWS SHE CAN (literally her own words), and the focus you can generate when you dive deeper into your own KNOWING is UNMATCHED.... If you keep focussing on THAT, your own potential (THAT you can ace this)... You can generate focus even in freezing temperatures or when the sky is falling down or no matter what the unwanted circumstances are around you. Because in those moments what you really need is your own focus and that comes from training your mind to see something inside of you that you've been ignoring this whole time. Comment if you could relate?

@Misbah Pathan who decides what's a right decision? :) (In the words of Naval, if you are so intelligent then why aren't you happy?) If you knew what's best for you and what works best for you, do you need to explain it to anyone else?
