Muscle up
I’ve been doing calisthenics for around 1 and a half years and I’ve gotten pretty good at it. I can do straddle front lever, almost a one arm chin up, decent handstands, l-sit, etc. I’ve also been doing or trying muscle ups. I can almost do a no dip muscle up yet a normal muscle up is impossible for me. They all say u have to lean forward once your chest is over the bar and then u pull up and I’ve seen so many videos yet I still haven’t got it. Anyone got some solid tips or tricks on how to get it?

Handstand Pushup help
Hey guys, i am doing calisthenics for about 9 month, i can do like 8 Muscle ups,20 pullups without stoping, like 80 or 90 pushups without stoping, a 1 min handstand, 20 sek L-sit and a fee mor things like that, BUT i still cant do a Single clean handstand pushup. Jea i can do maxbe 3 but with very bad Form. Can u help me please

@Jonathan Rietveld For the one arm handstand I recommend going in to the handstand like you did is ok lean a little to the side. Then as your balance is steady release your fingers one at a time until you feel ready then lift off and try to balance.

What can I do to improve my kick ups for the handstand . I always kick up too hard my shoulders swing forward , I fall back I have good balance for a handstand just lacking kick ups. I need to kick up soft and not touch the wall and control with my good balance.

What helped me for balance is toe pulls try micro toe pulls to start then do full. Squeeze your glutes and core around 10% and lean forward off the wall slowly until your nose is above fingertips and then practise holding. If you are scared of falling learn how to bail.
