@Dinesh Gowda you can do that, but when you train hard then you can take protein powder too. I too recommend to complete your protein intake from natural sources. But if you cant eat much or don't have enough time, then you can definitely consider whey.

@Aayush Padale it is the best but it is total raw whey, so you might not like the taste or consistency. But safe rehne ke liye ye best hai. Because it don't have any artificial flavouring and extra preservatives or emulsifiers. Just Pure raw whey. I recommend unflavored asitis whey If you care about gains only but not the taste.

I know this guy from Pakistan he asked me out one day to help him, he can't even afford his basic needs. He is only 18 and struggling alot to get whatever job he can do.
