@Lailla Sena Thanks - some days it's only 10 minutes, sometimes more, but to me it's the consistency that seems to help as opposed to length of time (i.e. 10 min 5 times a week is better than an hour once a week). I used to also question whether I was moving from my head, or from my body, but what I came to realise was that as long as I'm not "thinking" about my next move and it just comes and I can't make sense of it, that's probably a good sign I'm connecting with the practice from my body. And usually that is the case.
