So apparently if you go to CreditStrong.com, buy the Magnum product, then cancel it, it still shows up on your credit report — basically giving you a $2K–$30K tradeline for free. Three people told me they did it and saw their scores jump 30–120 points, and the increase stuck. I haven’t tried it myself yet, but thought I’d share what I’ve been hearing.
