Day 1 – The Beginning of Wisdom Scripture: Proverbs 1:7 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge… ” Reflection (Get Moving): 1. Take a slow walk outside. What do you notice in creation that reminds you of God’s greatness? 2. As you walk, ask yourself: What areas of my life need more reverence for God, not just information about Him? Action Plan (Help Others): Encourage someone today—send a thoughtful message or pray with someone who feels unsure or overwhelmed. Daily Prayer: Lord, teach me to honor You first in my thoughts, decisions, and actions. Help me recognize where pride has replaced reverence. I want wisdom that begins and ends with You. Amen.

Day 6 – Doers, Not Just Hearers James 1:22–25 Focus: Faith is visible through action. Get Up & Move – Reflection: 1. Look at your reflection outside (phone screen, mirror, water). Ask: What does my life say about what I believe? 2.Walk with purpose and ask: What is one action God wants me to take today? Action Plan – Help Others: Serve someone quietly—clean, cook, give, or help without announcing it. Prayer: “Lord, don’t let me deceive myself by only listening. Help me act on Your truth and live with integrity. Amen.”
