Hi @Maricar Ostan ! Great job! I think you mentioned that you have 4 years of experience and focused on afterhours niche more, if I'm not mistaken? That's one of the challenges that I about to go through. I worked with the carriers based in US but they were originally from Central Asia. They moved to the US like 10 years ago and started doing business in there, then hired us(from Kyrgyzstan) to dispatch their trucks remotely. As you know hiring someone from overseas is much cheaper for them than working with local dispatchers from the US. The only thing I know is I'm pretty confident that I'm skilled dispatcher who can offer a great service to the US based carriers, but they don't know about me existing. So I'm here to learn how to show them how the things should be done in dispatching and how make much more money.

@Normary Diaz Wow, that's great! Business that is fully controlled by the family is something new. | The good thing is that everything is set up and fully compliant. What areas do you cover? Do you run your trucks in the midwest, south, southeast, northeast or west? I can maybe give you some tips by looking at what kinda lanes and loads you run and then can tell how can you increase your weekly gross and rpm. You can find my gross list for the past couple weeks in my posts and give me a feedback, if you do similar grosses and rpms. Maybe we can make a call and talk. That way we can share more helpful information.

And yes, the information that is private has to stay private.
