I got hacked on FB, IG and Messenger
I got hacked last night on my FB, IG and Messenger accounts. I appealed to Meta since they sited me for violating their trademark policy and for a post, (which I never did). Does anyone have recommendation on how to get my account back up since I'm starting on COA and want to get going? Any/all help is greatly appreciated!

Why I started watching p*rn in the morning
During yesterday's Expert Coach Accelerator call we were talking about morning routines. One of the members mentioned how she meditates for 40 minutes before bed AND again when she wakes up. I had to stop her right there. Here's why: Your morning energy is PRECIOUS. And while everyone bangs on about meditation... Starting your day in ultra-calm mode might not serve you… Especially as a coach who needs ENERGY to serve clients… YOU are your first client, after all. In fact... I recently did a 7-day experiment to prove how morning choices have a massive impact on the rest of your day. Fair warning: This got dark real quick... Because instead of my usual routine, I: * Scrolled my phone for an hour * Watched p*rn * Ate pure garbage * Skipped the gym * Talked shit to myself all day I couldn't even make it through the full week. By day 3, I felt so terrible I had to stop. (The things I do for science... ) But it proved something critical: Small morning choices CREATE your day. That's why instead of meditation, I prefer: * Breathwork (it energizes vs calms) * Cold plunge/shower (2 mins = massive ROI) * Movement But that’s just me. And the truth is… The "perfect" routine is the one that fits YOUR life. Got kids? A commute? Your routine will look different than someone with 3 hours free each morning. The key is finding what gives YOU energy. What pushes YOU out of your comfort zone. What serves YOUR goals. Your morning routine doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs to serve your energy. Because your current (or future) clients deserve your best. What's your morning routine?

@Irene Karpadaki Thank you! I've started doing meditation before bed and after waking up. I do need to move my body more, which I will make part of my morning activities before work. Cold shower 🄶 I'll give it a shot!

@Zsuzsanna Horcsog I've been making changes since I posted this. I realized, for me, smiling was not enough. I needed to get myself into the right emotional energy state. Along with this I further realized I couldn't do it from a logical state (no emotions in that state), so I began to recall the times when I had experiences where ā€œmagicā€ happened in my life. Things that happened at the right time and place and the ecstatic joy it brought me. So now, in faith that I was able to draw those events into my life, I continue to smile with true joy saying to myself,ā€ I can't wait to see what I will draw next!ā€ All my best to you!
Structure of Coaching...timewise
I either have not come to the part of the training that discusses "How to Structure You Coaching Sessions," or I simply missed it. So If I could get some feedback on this, I would greatly appreciate it. Let's say I charge $5k, how many times per week do i meet with them? How long does each session last? How many weeks do this last for? Is the $5k perpetual every month until you reach a predetermined time period? What is expected from me for the $5k? Sorry, I'm new, many questions.

@Trevor Sambrooks you’ve put some good thought behind this. @Ed JC Smith recommends to sign up for his advanced program after 90 days which is designed to take us to that new level which, I believe, is group coaching. This is why I signed up with him because I had it all bass-ackwards! I'm also in the process of drafting up a flexible curriculum to follow while working with my clients. I'll be working with them on developing the right mindset of being an entrepreneur using a combination of Ed’s and my tactics. Then I'll move into the innovative tactics I've developed. I hope this helps.
My personal FB page
I've only used my persoanl FB page for family and friends and rarely posted on it. I updated it with my coaching brand. What should I do with all of the previous pics and non-applicable posts?

I have (had since they shut that down too) for my mobile app and coaching program. My main one I converted it to my consulting business. Would you recommend creating a separate Page for my consulting and keep my main one for family and friends? I am so new and raw to all of this, so please know how greatly I appreciate your assistance! šŸ™
How to apply the template to my coaching...
It's a bit difficult for me to wrap what I see my coaching program to be with the Expert Coach Template. I can see there may be circumstances where this will be extremely effective for people transitioning from being an employee to becoming an entrepreneur and my soon-to-be coaching program actually addresses the Entrepreneur's mindset, but it also includes tools, processes, and tactics on how to not be one of the 98% of business failures. Any advice is welcome!
