I learned how to utilize social media and what type of content to post on different social media platforms. Learned its important to build trust and credibility before we promote our product or services.

In module 3, I learned smart segmentation and how to find customer behavior, and to choose the top 2 customer batches, then that customer batch to avoid. Learned how to understand their behavior pattern and change our direction accordingly.

Today I learned how to find our best customers. The think what I have learned today is how to make our high paying existing customers to buy from us again and again. And finding our target customers help them to solve their problems there we are customer focused (new mindset). By finding our top 20% customers we know what to talk, how to talk and what are their goals. The excel sheet that really a eye opener, to calculate the numbers of our business, the gives us a target to work on the future business.
