How should I navigate slow market?
Hi Everyone, Is anyone having trouble selling their flip ? My 1B1B flip has been on the market for 2 months and still no offers. Also, is there a video / guide on how to rent the property for a year and wait until the market recovers? I'd appreciate any resources or help.

It's a 1 bedroom near Guildford mall. We're getting little interest but the market is now flooded with cheaper inventory so interest dies after a week of price reduction. We have done 3 price reductions so far and even added agent incentive for 2K. There are 1-2 comps available for outdated units and ours is priced at just above 15K from last outdated unit in last 3 months.
