🎸 Welcome to Todd Robinson Guitar Academy! 🎸
A big welcome to everyone joining the community. This is a safe, encouraging place to learn, grow, ask questions, share progress, and have fun getting better at lead guitartogether. Whether you’re just starting out or already building confidence, you’re in the right place. I’d love for you to introduce yourself in the comments and tell us a bit about: - your name - how long you’ve been playing guitar - your guitar hopes and dreams - your favourite guitar players or bands - what you’d love to be able to play - and if you want, share a photo of your guitar too This community is all about enthusiastic, friendly guitar players supporting each other as we learn how to play great lead guitar step by step. No pressure. No judgement. Just progress, encouragement, and a shared love of guitar. Really looking forward to building this community with you all — let’s make it a fun and inspiring place to learn. I look forward to meeting and working with your all on your guitar playing. Todd 👇 Introduce yourself below and say hello!

Hello @Todd Robinson & other members, Firstly thank you for adding me here. 🙏 A brief intro about me: I am Arpit Tyagi and I am from Bharat(India). I have been playing acoustic guitar since last 3 years now. As of now, I only play Bollywood songs ( Bollywood style from India) and I sing while playing it. I have never ever explored western music, western music thoery and western Genre like Blues in my life. Though I have neven learned from anyone but youtube so probably this is the first time I have joined some community to learn music. Recently I heard muddy water's blues and I got a shock of my life. What a music and what a fearless movement on the fret board and I decided to learn more about blues and other western genre. I want to learn and play and enjoy that. I want to my hand fearlessly on fretboard just like they do in blues and other different genre. I am in awe of that. # i do not own any electric guitar as of now but i have 2 acoustic ones with me. One is yamaha F310 and another one is Lag T70D. I prefer Lag as of now as it has good mahogany neck and brownwood fret. I like the sound. But sooner i would be buying a electric one too. Pls do advice. 🙏
