Can someone explain/give me tips on how I can find motivated sellers/ contact them that seems to be the hardest part bc I’m finding properties but no way of contact what should I do?

Can anyone share with me your time blocking schedule if you are doing this full time I would need some tips . Like Mornings , Afternoons , Evenings and Late Evenings I would need a set schedule I know to make sure I am using my time wisely
