Hi..I just wanted to get an understanding of how publish flow works in terms of the subscription. When it says $299 per month does that mean regardless if you make a book or not you will get charged that amount. If it takes longer than a month to create a book does it mean you continue paying the $299 regardless. So whether you make a book or not you’re automatically charged $299 or have I misunderstood it?

Any one else encountering difficulties with generating images using Visuals? Have tried to generate Back Cover a number of times in the last 24 hrs which appears to work initially but either produces time-out error messages for some or replaces older iterations with greyed out images?
