As our community continues to grow, we now have enough QuAH members ready to practise their abilities, whether that is healing, channelling, intuitive readings, or other techniques. If you would like to offer a practice session (up to 15 minutes), please comment below and let us know what you would like to offer. Please also mention your training, for example: QuAH Master C1, QuAH Practitioner, Tarot Reader, Crystal Healer, etc. If you would like to receive a practice session, please comment below with what you would like to receive. Hopefully this will help me have the breakout rooms ready so we won't waste time with me figuring out where to send whom😁 This will help us match people together and support each other's development. For everyone else, we will continue with our regular telepathy, intuition, and channelling exercises during the meetings, so everyone has the opportunity to strengthen their abilities and gain confidence through practice. Again this is not obligatory, is just an idea so we can all help each other with more experience!

I'm thinking of exhibiting at the next Mind Body Spirit Festival in Birmingham this November and having a QuAH Academy stall. Has anyone here attended as a visitor or exhibitor before? I'd love to hear about your experience. Was it worth it? Any tips or things you wish you had known beforehand? I'd really appreciate any honest feedback before I make a decision. 😊

I'm testing out an idea for left & right brain coherence technique, that's a different way than just binaural. This one plays a slightly different rhythm in each ear and your brain combines them so you hear one rhythm. It's designed to work on top of binaural if needed. It isn't meant to move you to a brain state like alpha or theta, it's meant to be a really obvious effect that changes your belief system that it is really making your left and right side work together. I wanted to share my experience with Olga/Little Gaia in a 121 Akashic Record reading the other day. I was compelled to do this but I knew it would confront a problem I'd been aware of since my journey into the metaphysical that started about 10 weeks ago (I'm a psy-noob). When I meditate or am in sessions, I can't see any visuals. One or two flickers of moving through space, but nothing else. So I went into this reading with a bit of anxiety that it wasn't going to work as I probably wouldn't see anything. So, as Olga, floated my consciousness toward the light, I couldn't see it. Olga could tell this wasn't my Clairsense, but I thought I could 'feel' it rather than see it, she switched techniques in order to keep going (skills!). Here's what happened. I'd created a belief that this experience would be like that on Earth where you watch a movie as an observer. It was completely different. I realised what was happening. When I felt the way to move over I started pulling in information that I had been drawn to study over the last 2 years. The cynic would say I'm just regurgitating what I saw on TV but what was happening was, I had been drawn to specific pieces of information from all over the past to string together as a proto-memory in order to trigger my actual memory of the past. The minute I stepped through the mirror I was at the Sphinx on the Giza Plateau. Then a huge stream of info came out. I was there when Atlantis was destroyed and the exiles moved to Khem(Egypt) to create the start of the next civilisation. This felt about more than 10,000 years ago. I was an administrator, bringing order amongst the chaos. We kept the remaining texts and artefacts under one of the Sphinx paws in a secret repository for future civilisations to warn them about technology over spirituality. Then to modern day, the "world military" held the underground part of the Giza plateau. They have the craft, texts and some artefacts, but the most powerful artefacts were moved to the Dome of the rock in Jerusalem a long time ago, they are protected. The EMP staff (healing and another for resurrection) and the arc of the covenant (The original was from Atlantis). Osiris used the arc to reincarnate in the "King's chamber" and also travel as the room is a star map.
