Hey everyone! 👋🏽 Dropping in to introduce myself. I specialize in nervous system bodywork and integrative wellness, helping leaders and busy professionals better manage stress, recovery, and whole-body health. I’m really appreciating the conversations here around packaging your expertise, building your personal brand, and creating sustainable systems that allow you to grow without burning yourself out. Looking forward to learning, connecting, and contributing!
SECRET TO CONTENT CREATION
If you know you need to create content for your business but always get stuck on what to post... Art and I break down how to stop treating content like a separate event and start turning everyday experiences into messages that serve your audience. I also demonstrate how an ordinary purchase can become a business lesson and explains what to look at when you’re posting consistently but not gaining traction. LOVE YOU DEPT. FAM

Such a solid reminder to stop over-complicating the message. When we know our craft deeply, the instinct is to explain every single detail and mechanism and sometimes struggle with what to post within all that. I realize customers and clients do not need the entire textbook. They just need to know whether you understand their pain points and have a clear framework to solve them and like you said, everyday conversations about what's relevant to helping them can be the "content." Thank you for this.
MAKE MORE DOING LESS
In this episode of The Dept. I sat back down with Graham Cochrane for a conversation on how to build a business that makes more money without taking over your entire life. Graham shares the philosophy behind his book The Effortless Business and explains why business does not have to be as hard, heavy, or high-maintenance as most entrepreneurs make it. Instead, the goal is to build a business around constraints, value, leverage, and the gifts that already come naturally to you. If you’ve been overcomplicating your business, undercharging for your value, or ignoring the thing that comes easy to you, this episode will help you rethink what it actually means to build a high-income, low-maintenance business.

This hit home. In service-based businesses, it is so easy to fall into the trap of packaging "more time" instead of packaging the actual transformation. When you focus on the outcome, like taking someone out of chronic stress and resetting their baseline, the conversation naturally shifts from an hourly rate to real value.
