Ariel (a community member) was kind enough to let me record our 1 on 1 where we prepped for his second round interview w/ Questel. Hot takes: 1. Mirror the interviewer's tone, pitch, and movements (will help them gain your trust subconsciously and like you as a person more). 2. Hard close with do you have any hesitations before moving me forward 3. Show me you are great don't tell me (& have the proof to back it up) 4. Can never be too prepared everyone. Going into this interview with extensive knowledge of this company's product. This is the amount of work you need to put in to be successful in your job search and in the role itself. Let's get out there!

Hot takes: 1. Know your story - recruiters deal with liars 24/7 and will put you on the spot to make sure you aren't lying about an experience. 2. Traits they look for that you need to prove you have: being money-hungry, organized, coachable, willing to learn, and willing to put time into doing the research 3.
