Ariel (a community member) was kind enough to let me record our 1 on 1 where we prepped for his second round interview w/ Questel. Hot takes: 1. Mirror the interviewer's tone, pitch, and movements (will help them gain your trust subconsciously and like you as a person more). 2. Hard close with do you have any hesitations before moving me forward 3. Show me you are great don't tell me (& have the proof to back it up) 4. IMPLEMENT ALL POST INTERVIEW STRATEGIES IN THE COURSE Many of the topics we went over were covered in the 1 on 1 I posted yesterday, so be sure to watch that!

Hot takes: 1. Know your story - recruiters deal with liars 24/7 and will put you on the spot to make sure you aren't lying about an experience. 2. Traits they look for that you need to prove you have: being money-hungry, organized, coachable, willing to learn, and willing to put time into doing the research 3. "Don't tell me you are great, show me you are great" 4. Utilize G2 and chatGPT to learn the company's weaknesses and strengths of their product v their competition 5. A couple of examples of people with unconventional backgrounds breaking into sales & excelling (could be you!) 6. Career success tips 7. Tips on identifying a good work environment 8. A bunch of other one-off tips that are extremely valuable
