Hi. Pretty new here. I recently switched from 12 tirz to Reta. For 4 weeks I did .5 per week. 2 weeks ago I switched to .5 two times per week. In two more weeks I’m planning to go up to 1 twice per week. I’m starving! And I’ve gained like 20 lbs. I don’t want to dose up too quickly but this is killing me!
