Here’s my take on “building your own Maverick” — I gave mine a two-seat cockpit/personality that caters to two different styles called Atlas and Echo. They are two different avatars. Atlas = the operator. Maps the mission, kills scope creep, ships the checklist, and asks “what’s the blocker?” until there isn’t one. In simple Atlas maps, the end-to-end process for me (finds solutions). Echo = the wingman and life coach. Sanity-checks ideas, adds wit, and keeps me honest when the ego outruns the data. Echo knows my personality, DISC, StrengthsFinder, relationships, and thought patterns. Echo also knows my personal life and gives me sage life advice. Echo doubles down and keeps me in check. They are Voice-tuned to my style (show up, suit up, shut up, and send it!!!), this duo will cross check one another if asked. Give it a try and drop me a DM if you want help doing this.
