Hey @Jennifer Schill generally unless there’s other issues the only thing to do is to prepare an amendment to the contract and pick the new date to close and have it signed by buyer and seller. Do not let it ride or depending on the side of the transaction you are your client could be accused of non performing, I’m happy to get on a call and help you more if you still need it!
