It is the start of 2026, and the baseline for running a business has already moved.
Not because of one big AI breakthrough, but because small expectations have quietly changed. Customers expect faster replies. Leads expect follow up without chasing. Teams expect systems to support them, not more manual work. If your business still runs the same way it did a year ago, nothing looks “broken”. It just feels heavier, slower, harder to keep up. That is how baselines change You notice it after the gap has already formed. Question for business owners here What part of your business already feels outdated as we move into 2026, communication, follow up, internal operations, or reporting?
Drop your Daily workflow, I will suggest a simple AI install plan
If you want a specific recommendation, comment with 1. Your business type 2. Where leads come from 3. The workflow you want to improve, one sentence I will reply with • The best first AI use case • What to automate versus what to keep human • The metric to track so you know it is working

Hey everyone I’m Arbaz, let's Connect🤝
I’ve been working around AI for a while now, mostly learning, building, and helping people understand where it actually fits in real workflows, not just the hype. I’m pretty active on LinkedIn and will be sharing practical AI use cases there as I go. If you’re curious about AI or just want to stay connected, feel free to connect with me there 🤝 Looking forward to learning from everyone here too let's Connect: https://www.linkedin.com/in/arbaz-riaz-60844339b?utm_source=share&utm_campaign=share_via&utm_content=profile&utm_medium=ios_app
AI is quietly raising the baseline for what customers expect from a business.
It is not replacing your team, it is replacing “good enough”. Reply time that used to be acceptable is now slow. Follow ups that used to be optional are now expected. Manual admin that used to be normal is now a bottleneck. The scary part is you will not notice it in one big moment You will notice it in small losses, more ghosting, slower sales cycles, more pressure on your team, even though you did not change anything. Because the businesses around you are installing AI into operations, and that becomes the new normal. Question for business owners here Where do you feel the baseline rising first in your industry, speed of response, follow up, customer support, or internal operation
What is your biggest fear about using AI with customers
Most owners are interested in AI, but something blocks them. Common fears • “It will sound robotic” • “It will mess up and damage trust” • “My team will not adopt it” • “It will create more complexity” • “I do not want to rely on tech” Which one is yours Reply with the fear and your industry. I will respond with how to implement safely, without risking your brand.
