How an AIOS AND an AI executive assistant different from each other? They both have acces to tools and files of the user's company and so how do they differ?

When a person uses an AIOS, does he/she not need any other automation agent, can his/her AIOS create any automation asked when right tools are connected?

What does archived group mean? No matter how much I click 'Got it', I just can't get joined in this community. It says 'read only' so atleast I should get access to acces the courses there.
