Finding the right program with the right instructor, is amazing. But when you love the program and actually enjoy the workouts with the instructor, I have found that with Florence. I started in the August challenge and it has completely changed the way I feel and the way I think about using kettlebells. After one month I feel more confident and stronger physically and mentally. I know as a member here, I will only get better with time. Skool is new to me and so far it's been easy to use.
