Namaz mein focus seekhne wala banda Upwork par kabhi maar nahi khata
Aaj ki dunya mein sab se mehngi cheez paisa nahi, balkay Focus hai. Cal Newport apni mashhoor book Deep Work mein kehta hai ke agar aap distraction ke baghair kaam nahi kar sakte, to aap kabhi expert nahi ban sakte. Lekin kya aap ne ghor kiya? Ye Focus hamare Deen ka bunyadi sabaq hai jise hum Khushu kehte hain. Deep Work vs Khushu: Modern speakers kehte hain: Phone side par rakho, notifications off karo aur sirf kaam par dhyan do. Hamara Deen sikhata hai: Jab namaz mein kharay ho, to aise ke jaise Allah ko dekh rahe ho. Asal mein Khushu hi Deep Work ki peak hai. Jo banda namaz mein apna focus control karna seekh jata hai, us ke liye Upwork par mushkil project ya coding par 4 ghante focus karna bachon ka khel ban jata hai. Lekin hamari problem ye ha ka, Hum kaam karte waqt har 5 minute baad Instagram check karte hain. Ye hamare focus ko muntashir kar deta hai aur humari Barakah khatam ho jati hai.
