When you create a feeling or belief in your nervous system of what safety means to you. (Your body listens to every thought you think.) You change your inner dialogue, and this changes your biology. Your nervous system will change and this is where it decides to heal or survive. When we Calm it first everything else works better as a whole body system. Starting at the most basic level is where we start. Healing is in your control. It always has been. We just got distracted and led to believe healing is outside of ourselves.
