Is age a factor?
Help me understand one thing.....can this opportunity to manifest, be possible if a person is in their 60's.......do u think it is a platform in that age group to help women?

I’ve always believed that age can equal wisdom, especially with certain people, though it is not the only factor to equate to wisdom. Throughout my life, even as a teenager, I’ve always sought out those with decades of experience to understand navigating my life’s journey to the best of my ability and help me grow my potential. Even now in my 40s, I am still learning every day and meeting new people and gaining wisdom, insights and a new perspective on life. My best friend is in her 70s still working as a writer and marketer and she’s always thinking ahead to what she wants to do next whether it’s just for fun or for work to help others, empower business women, and be an experienced voice of guidance in her community.
Day 2 Takeaway
I compared & combined my notes from the last Bootcamp & the foundation is always there but new GAME is shared everyday! The type of stages that were shared today warmed my heart. I volunteer 4 days a week at an elementary school & I also play sound bowls. When I went to the school today I asked the administrator that I’m working with could we step up a program where I come & do an event for the students & invite their parents. She is going to step up a meeting for us to discuss it with the principal & lay out the logistics. Today was really a great experience for me & my 4 5th graders I had today went home & ask could they be on my Youth Day for my podcast. It made me smile so big I just love them babies so much!!!

Great initiative Tamara to get the parents involved and you are already getting a meeting set-up. So glad you are taking the action to put everything we learn in place. You are an inspiration. I need to start reaching out to a few people and get some balls rolling asap too!
My Day 2 Takeaway: It happened for me, not to me.
That statement did not just inspire me. It reached all the way to the essence of my soul. When Dr. Sonja asked who the 2% were, I raised my hand and clicked the offer link. Then I looked at my insufficient bank account, called a few clients, attracted more money than I expected, and finally registered for VIP. That moment meant more than upgrading. It was a choice to stop standing outside of the level I know I’m called to. My biggest takeaway from Day 2 was this: it happened for me, not to me. That truth made me look back over my life differently. I survived DV. I received a scholarship I wanted to use at Cornell University, but was told I was too naive to move to New York, so I let it go and ended up at a subpar college. I stood face-to-face with a Black female media mogul I admired deeply and wanted to emulate, and watched her look me up and down, frown, and walk away. I had opportunities to perform on Def Poetry Jam and other stages that could have changed my life, yet I still walked away from most of them. But today, I saw those moments differently — not just as pain, loss, or missed opportunities, but as part of my preparation. I am a poet, writer, songwriter, ghostwriter, editor, graphic designer, counselor, facilitator, leader, Your Literary Labor Coach, entrepreneur, publisher, wife, and mother. And, let my husband tell you, an actress and comedian. I am declaring before this community that I am a million-dollar-a-year speaker. Thanks to this course. None of what happened to me was wasted. It all built me.

Amazing mindset shift Kamala, and reframing it happened for me not to me as lessons learned/prep and experiences to get you to the next level in your journey. I’ve been motivated to taken action as well last couple days on several other to dos in my business that aren’t related to speaking but will help me level up. They were small tasks but big rocks i can trip over in the speed to make speaking a reality for me.

My Day 1 Takeaway came from the VIP/Platinum Room. I have been struggling with what I should focus on talking about as there are so many angles and things to cover in strategic transformation. However hearing Dr. Sonja explain about evolving was a game-changer for me. I really heard and I think finally absorbed that whatever I do can be developed and evolved over time. not just what i speak about, but what I clients.
DAY 2 Takeways
What did you take-away from Day 2 -Target the Right Stages

While I am familiar with all the stages available, and have a rough starting idea of which stages I should be on- the key takeaway from Day 2 was understanding how to take action and make decisions/ narrow down- and how to get on those target stages. It did not occur to me to study/research top speakers in my industry/markets. I also plan to look back at conferences I have attended last 5 years and review who was key note versus ran workshops etc. This will give me an idea of stages to target as well and help me narrow down and go DEEP.
