3 Mindset Shifts That Changed Everything
1.) I stopped apologizing for my hearing loss. 2.) I realized hearing loss doesn't define me. 3.) I embraced hearing aids instead of hiding them. I know that sounds easier said than done, but doing those 3 things really helped me heal in my hearing loss journey.

The holidays can feel overwhelming...
...especially when you're managing hearing loss and communication fatigue. My digital guide “We’re Tired of Explaining” has helped so many people finally put words to what they go through — and to share it with family, friends, and churches who want to understand. Check it out in my classroom for free. Download it and share with anyone you want!

What do you call yourself?
This can be a controversial topic. I personally call myself hearing impaired.

@Jonathan Lin yes good point. It all depends on the people I'm speaking to.
What brand of devices does everyone wear?
I have been wearing Starkey for the past 6 years but I have tried Phonak and Beltone.
