Does yoga count as meditation and exercise? I have been walking for a half hour first thing every morning but yesterday I decided to try to get back into yoga practice.
There is an enormous difference between whole food complex carbs & simple carbs. We need the whole food carbs! And this is what should make up 90% of our intake. Having said all that the biggest downfall for me is Starbucks where I go nearly every day. It's not just the sugary chai but also the sweet breads. Scheduling in 3 days to absolutely not go there for this next week.
Week 1 was pretty good. By end of week & for the weekend I slacked off. Busyness of week & fatigue kicked it. Looking forward to EAT as this is the weak spot for me
