HALO
If I told you once I told you twice, I see a halo don't blink twice sent from above I fell in love. Diving head first our love intertwined where did it all begain, we stareted as friends now the beautiful love launged begain. Frome the love and the hugs, touching my toes, your love resets me demanding Balance circles, of clouds sroulnds us and the sun rays shine through our windows. Where did you go? Why did you leave me? the gental silience that sorounds my heart. The radience of your love is only proof that, you were sent from above. Truth is your halo shows that love can be holy without ever needing a heaven from above. Where are you now? I only need you to hold me? My dear halo 222 just show me.

The Age of Reciprocation
This is the age where energy meets intention, Where silence speaks louder than every mention. I’ve traded people pleasing for inner peace, and cut the ties that never offered me release. No more circles that spin with selfish ambition, I walk with souls who match my mission. I’ve given light to those who stayed in shade, but this is where the scales get reweighed. I won’t water roots that never seek to grow, Won’t dim my flame for fear of how it’ll glow. I’ve held the weight, stood tall while they leaned, Now I seek balance, not just in dream, but in routine. I’m no martyr for the ungrateful or blind, My love is deep, but so is my mind. If I reach out and you're never reaching back, Then I retract my hand, it’s simple as that. This is the age of mirrored devotion, Of mutual tides and reciprocal motion. No longer feeding what starves my soul, I align with purpose, I reclaim control. I’m not seeking perfection, just truth that reflects, A bond that respects what my soul protects. I’ve earned the right to require return, To honor the lessons my scars had to learn. So I walk in grace but I guard my space, With a heart that’s kind and a sacred pace. I don’t chase energy, I attract what’s mine, In this age of reciprocation, I define the line. Give as I give. Speak as I speak. Stand where I stood when your world was weak. If you can't echo what I extend, Then this chapter ends, no need to pretend. This is not bitterness. This is precision. A man refined by fire, fueled by vision. Welcome to the shift. No more hesitation. You either match my love... or meet separation. @Aod Village

What's next? I wrote this for stand up poetry night
This is for the ones who have no voice. For the ones who have a voice and choose to stay silent. For the ones who hurt, I hear you, I see, I am you. 137 they say. I SAY IT WAS OVER KILL What's next? I said, " What's next? When my husband, your son, my child's father, is lying in the street covered in red? His body lay chilling, waiting for the next step. I said, " What's next? When you see people passing by holding phones and flashing lights. I said, " What's next? when he has to be carried by six, and one could damn near be the very one who stole his life. They say bullets have no name. But I promise you, each person that it hits has a name, now tell me, should that lie stay the same? What's next? When that car was stolen just for a joy ride. or a new high. And Grandma on her way to church, but that high-speed chase got her hurt. Some people say they are just kids, they don't know any better. Social media says blame the parents, make them pay, because it's their kids. And I will say it again. Some say they don't know any better. Maybe their parents should have raised them better. I say throw them under the bus, we need to start making these streets safe because they know to do better and be better. I said what's next because a single mother's cries are not heard. Fox 8 said a child was found dead. Yeah, what's next when the family says she had mental issues? I knew she was dealing with something. Just never thought she would hurt that child, so we all turned our heads. So I said, " What's next? Shots rang out; now two are dead. Murder-suicide, what was going through his head? I said What's next when she was in the school bathroom, cramping and bleeding heavily, not knowing she was carrying one of God's creations. Scared, she threw it away and went about her day. What's next? When your child doesn't want to come home every day? It's a fight staying over at a friend's house, hoping before they leave that they could have another bite to eat, a hug, a smile, a how's your day or just to hear the words I love you.
