Something Iāve been noticing even with solid, pre-underwritten dealsā¦
You can have: ā good numbers ā clear strategy ā even guidance on execution ā¦and people still donāt move. Itās rarely the deal itself. Itās hesitation at the moment of action. Either: ā theyāre not fully clear on their criteria ā or theyāre not mentally/financially ready to commit right then Which is interesting, because the advantage of getting access to deals like this is speed⦠but speed only works if youāre actually ready to act. Starting to think readiness matters more than deal quality in a lot of cases. Curious, when you see a deal that fits on paper, what usually holds people back from pulling the trigger?
